Activities
The EkoAlt Vindol Institute is based in Vindol in eastern Slovenia in the beautiful Kozjansko Park. This is an area where relaxation and healing can take place. It is away from heavy major tourist areas, but there are local attractions such as a water park within a twenty minute drive.
Our holistic expertise combines medical knowledge with alternative therapies. Our offer includes massage, rebirthing breathwork, yoga, Reiki, walks in the nature. Possibility of creative therapies: healing and working with clay, painting on silk, music and sound therapy.
We only work with individuals or in small groups, families are welcome as well. We also attend to people and children with eating disorders and other addictions, and mental distress.
Our team includes a trained nurse with many years of experience and extensive knowledge and practice in alternative therapies and helping people heal. A Doctor is available if needed.
