Turning tears into laughter for a more beautiful day

We would like to lay out the problems of young people today, which they start to encounter at a relatively young age. We wish to focus above all on deep prejudice and ignorance in families, which affect a young person for the rest of his or her life.

Because of the requirements that this civilisation poses upon an individual, most people are not able to look around themselves and take a break. We are not aware that our life and our impetus are running out, while our children are growing up in distress.

They grow and develop, encountering an obvious change. Often they become an object of derision to older people in their environment, who forgot that they had the same, if not worse, identification issues. This personal identification is a taboo. The problem is the attitude towards a young person when the latter is getting to know his or her body, the changes that are happening. In many families this is still a taboo, something immoral, forbidden, something that should not be talked about. Often, distorted information is given during upbringing, which confuses an adolescent even more.

Because we live here and now, in our body, we need to learn a lot and talk openly. Young people are led to wrong answers; in ignorance the age when they have the first sexual intercourse is dropping dangerously. This is also a cause of increasing paedophilia. Our children need to be given many answers, through playing and spontaneous discussion, linked to the problems arising with the first symptoms of maturing sexually.

As a medical therapist with 30 years of practice I came across many surprises in my contacts with children and adults. Many stories led me to realise that children in primary school don’t have enough medical knowledge and knowledge about anatomy and physiology.

This realisation brought me to the decision to found the private institute EkoAlt Vindol.

My vision for the activities of EkoAlt Vindol is very broad, enabling everybody who is active in the organisation to join together our achievements and truly bring a smile into our children’s lives for a more beautiful day.

As the founder, I have gathered around me the best academic experts who help me bring a broader insight into the lives of children and adults.

Below, I would like to present the programme which we prepared for primary-school population.

In the programme we help children, through playing and relaxed communication, get to not-simple answers to the questions that form in their imagination.

In our first contact with children we introduce ourselves and allow that children establish contact with us. In the beginning, collaboration with teacher or parents is much desired.

 Work plan:

  • simple contact through designed conversation;
  • in a short time, through play, collect as much information about the group as possible:
    • drawing
    • short essay,
    • combination of both;
  • in the target group (children of approximately the same age) bring up their most burning questions in a manner familiar to them, using:
    • role playing,
    • using didactic equipment – pedagogue.
  • Anatomy and physiology in primary school books is adjusted to their age, but unfortunately there is no answer to the question what is and what is not in the books.
  • Among children are also abused children, who are given an opportunity to confide in people
  • With education we aim to help girls and boys understand, and help them explain pre-adolescent problems.

Experts from medical sphere, a pedagogue, a sociologist, a group leader participate in the programme. We suggest that such groups are formed in crisis areas, where children are most exposed to negative influence. The programme can be run as a workshop or as a work group.

I kindly ask you to help us introduce the “EkoAlt Vindol” institute programme to schools. I believe that, hand in hand and with some goodwill, we could do a lot of the things mentioned above.

With the programme, which will be developed further, we wish to provide children with an opportunity to get to know life beyond their home, country, continent.
